Chia seeds in porridge


One of the questions we hear most often at Rise is "what can I use them in".

We've found the easiest ways to use many of the Rise Organics range is to just throw them in whatever you've made!

For example my morning porridge regularly has chia seeds, maca, matcha, hemp protein thrown in it, after the porridge is cooked and cooled slightly. This is the quickest and easiest way to benefit from them nutritionally.

Above is a breakfast from well know Instagrammer the healthy beard he's used regular porridge oats in almond milk and thrown in blueberries, raspberries, flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds and goji berries. As well as those delicious ingredients he threw in Rise Organic chia seeds easy to do and no fuss. It's how we like them!
