SUPER CACAO ENERGY BITES

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of medjool dates)
- 3/4 of a cup of almonds)
- 3/4 of a cup of walnuts or any other nut)
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds)
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil)
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder)
- 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder

Method:
Start by placing the almonds, walnuts, ground flax seed and chia seeds in your food processor. Blend for 1 minute, until the a flour forms and the nuts have crumbled.
Then add the remaining ingredients, pitting the dates before adding those. Blend for another minute until a stick dough forms. Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls, place in a bowl and store in the fridge.

POWER DRINK:  HEALTHY  CHOCOLATE SHAKE

Ingredients:
- 350ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (coconut milk works REALLY well too)
- 1.5 tsp of Organic Peruvian Cacao Powder (obviously this depends on how chocolatey you like it)
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1 tablespoon of Organic Cacao Powder

Method:
Just place all the ingredients in a whizz. I like to add a teaspoon of Chia seeds too for an extra thick shake.

Sugar Free Energy Bars

SUGAR FREE ENERGY BAR

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 5 medjool dates
- 1⁄2 cup Rise Organic Cacao Powder sugar
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- Shredded Coconut for sprinkling (optional)

Method:
Place the nuts and oats into a food processor and blend until you have crumbs. Then add in your cacao powder sugar, dates, cranberries and blend again.
Next, you’ll need to slowly add the hot water to the mixture until it starts to come together and form a ball.
Take the mixture and place into a lined tin and even out before placing it into the fridge for a couple of hours.
Sprinkle with some shredded coconut and once it’s set, cut into bars.

CHOCOLATE  AVOCADO  PUDDING

CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe medium/large avocado
- 1.5 tablespoon of Organic Cacao Powder Chocolate Avocado Pudding (you can add more if you like)
-  A squirt or two of rice malt syrup or raw honey – you may need to adjust this to your own person taste. You can even use dates if you prefer.
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Milk (almond milk works well too)

Method:
Deseed the avocado and scoop out. Place in to a blender with the rest of your ingredients and blitz until smooth. It’s really that simple. Top with bee pollen or almonds to serve.
